The content covered in this in-depth seminar gives auditors a foundational knowledge of the concepts for each of the core tools, and how to audit their application in an automotive environment. Topics include customer-specific requirements, process flow, FMEA, PPAP, SPC and MSA, and the audit strategies needed for these elements.

Who Should Attend
Individuals who are involved with any aspect of quality planning including management, sales, engineering, quality, purchasing and manufacturingInternal quality auditors, audit program managers and other individuals involved in the internal auditing to the ISO 9001: 2000, ISO/TS 16949: 2002, and/or any similar quality system standard.

Prerequisites
This seminar builds upon the topics presented in the EMU seminar, Internal Quality System Auditing. Previous experience and/or training in the automotive approach to processbased auditing is highly recommended.
