Audit Program Development

A set of process-based checklists in included with this course. Specifically designed to help auditors make the transition from element-based to process-based audits, these checklists guide the auditor through the entire audit process.

Who Should Attend
Internal quality auditors, audit program managers and other individuals involved in the internal auditing to the ISO 9001: 2000, ISO/TS 16949: 2002, and/or any similar quality system standard.

Prerequisites
A general knowledge of the base quality system standard is recommended. A brief overview of the ISO 9001:2000 quality management system standard and ISO/TS 16949: 2002 is included in the course.
