In this course, employees will learn how to reduce risk, improve product and process quality, and increase customer satisfaction through the Failure Mode and Effects Analysis (FMEA). The FMEA provides a structured approach to identifying and prioritizing potential failure modes, taking action to prevent and detect failure modes and making sure mechanisms are in place to ensure ongoing process control.

  • Describe the key concepts critical to a Failure Mode and Effects Analysis
