This course introduces the basic elements
of data collection planning, including explanations of data
in its most basic forms and the reasons why unbiased data
is of value to an organization. The course outlines the steps
in obtaining a truly random sample from which to collect data.
Once a sample has been obtained, a number of various data
collection techniques can be used to record the observations
of the data collectors.

Diagrams, Flowcharts, SIPOC Diagrams and Process Mapping)
